Sarah Simmons was born and raised in American Fork, Utah. She is a wife and mom to 4 kids, 3 girls and one boy.  She loves traveling, trying new things and anything that keeps her outdoors, running, hiking, paddle boarding, gardening and backpacking are at the top of her list. She has worked in nursing the past 20 years throughout Utah county and received her master’s nurse practitioner degree through Spring Arbor University. Sarah loves healthcare and wellness.  Her ultimate passion is seeing patients progress through treatment and healthy lifestyle.   Professionally she looks forward to continued learning and growth within the medical community and personally, spending time with family and experiencing new adventures.
