Sam Murphree was born and raised in Cullman, Alabama but has spent the last 5 years in Birmingham, Alabama after completing Physician Assistant school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Sam recently moved to Utah with his wife, Faith, and his two dogs Bailey and Sadie. When Sam isn’t in the operating room he thoroughly enjoys hiking, exercising and going to the many National Parks in Utah and the surrounding states. Sam is also a huge  Auburn University and  Atlanta Braves baseball fan. He looks forward to the many adventures ahead and helping provide excellent patient care to all of Rock Creek Neurosurgery’s patients.
